Objectives Objectives Specific objective(s) – To form a wine cluster and transfer knowhow from Spain to help wine producing SMEs in their efforts to institutionalise and internationalise their production by contributing to regional development through competitiveness and innovation. 7. Activities Activities Need Assessment (SME’s Survey) Capacity Building Activities for SME’s Introduce Best Practice Models for Wine Clusters Conducting Training Services Liasing with Universities TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

8. Activities Activities Conducting Seminars International Study Tours Develop and Produce a Standardised Set/Manual of Business Information and Advice Services Promotion and Awereness of Competitiveness through Innovation TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

Expected Results Expected Results 1 – International project management and international cooperation capacities of Tekirdağ Chamber of Commerce will be developed further; 2 – Cluster management knowhow will be transferred to Tekirdağ Chamber of Commerce from Spain for wineries; 3 – Tekirdağ Chamber of Commerce will offer differentiated services to her member SMEs; TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

10. Expected Results Expected Results 4 - The capacities of the Cluster member SMEs will be developed; they will acquire guidance on issues such as innovation, branding, retailing etc. 5 – As a result of cluster activities producers will go to branding and these brands will be exported to EU countries; TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

Expected Results Expected Results 6 – Retailing networks will be exploited better domestically; 7 – Sales will increase; 8 – Income flow to the region will increase; 9 – Employment capacities of the SMEs will be regulated; TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey
