4. Specific objectives; Improving the quality of existing services and diversification of Chamber services ; Improving awareness of the Kayseri Chamber of Industry’s staffs about EU Chamber’s issues; Supporting Kayseri and Zaragoza local trade and investment promotion activities; Developing a long term partnership and increase mutual trade with Kayseri and Zaragoza via Business Network System TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

Activities ; 1-Project Opening Press Conferance -Increasing the public awareness about project 2-Zaragoza CCI study visit - ‘Business and Investment Opportunities in Kayseri’ meeting - Investigating services and structure of a EU Chamber -Selecting two internationalization services which will best fit to Kayseri Chamber of Industry, TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

6. Activities ; 3-Kayseri study visit - Doing“Business and Investment Opportunities in Zaragoza” meetings in Kayseri and Nevşehir. - Presenting the services and structure of a EU Chamber to Kayseri Chamber staffs - Giving education and transferring the first selected service to Kayseri Chamber of Industry, TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

7. Activities ; 4- Second study visit to Zaragoza -To observe the transfered service in place and learning the second service. 5- Preparing new services brochures -Increasing the awerness of the service and marketing capasity 6- Creating network system via web-page -Creating a platform for both Chamber members that they can discover each other for trade TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

8. Activities ; 7- Closing Press Conferance -Increasing the public awareness about project activies and results. TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

9. Expected Results; Improving the quality of 1 existing service and transferring 2 new services from Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce to Kayseri Chamber of Industry, Kayseri Chamber of Industry’s 20 members will use the new services during project implementation timeline. 90 participants will attend “Business and Investment opportunities” meetings in Zaragoza, Kayseri and Nevşehir TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

10. Expected Results; Two Kayseri Chamber of Industry’s staffs will be educated for new services, Kayseri Chamber of Industry member’s internationalization services usage ratio increase up to % 25 Kayseri and Zaragoza businessman will have a network system to find and reach each other easly.
