Traditional banquets — Foodservices for large groups may be offered. Other catering — Foodservices for office parties and picnics (both on- and off-site) and pizza, sandwiches, and/or other items delivered to employees’ work stations. Cafes and bistros — These operations range from upscale to limited service to “grab and go.” Convenience stores (C-stores) — Consumers may utilize retail stores offering foodservices, including snacks and beverages and other items.
