3. Objective: To connect alumni with students! An effort to help upcoming alumni relocate or find professional development opportunities in specific geographic areas!

5. Team Goals Create a Survey to vet students. Complete by: 2-26-16 Expand Mentor Network Add 3 Alumni in each Region Complete by: 3-18-16

6. Who will we work with? We plan to work with every group in this class! We want all students to take our survey to help pair them with a mentor.

7. Challenges Mentors being overwhelmed with emails Students not being professional Ensuring students and mentors are compatible

8. Solutions Not releasing email information Survey will provide us with the most professional & compatible students Have the Alumni select from a list of students who they wish to mentor.

9. Results Creating an effective survey that connects students with mentors. Adding 3 Alumni in each region that are willing to mentor students.
