8. Procedures Identify specific geography areas or study areas that could shift from one attendance zone to another. The District has provided demographic data for each cell (student enrollment, free/reduced lunch %). Core Committee will develop plans for consideration, and measure each plan to insure equitable free/reduced lunch percentages and enrollment will not exceed school capacity. 82/23/2016
