1. In the Novell-delivered Applications Window, Open MISD Web Applications Click on Teachers Website Note that gradebook, eduphoria, schoolnet, and the campus portal links are all here as well.

2. If you get a pop up message, click close. Right-click the yellow bar at the top of the screen and choose Run ActiveX Control

4. Update your Teacher Profile Announcements – Announce Tests Events – probably won’t use Blog – one- way communication from teacher to students. Document Library and Homework Library allow you to post documents for students Dropbox allows students to send files to you (up to 50 MG in size each). Link to other websites here.

5. Click the down triangle and choose Modify Shared Web Part Use this area to highlight and delete unwanted text and add your own. Name, email, and tutoring times are required. Picture is optional and a more advanced skill.

6. You must PUBLISH for the changes in the Teacher Profile to become visible on the website. If you don’t publish, the public will not see the changes. This only occurs in the Teacher Profile Web Part. No other sections require publishing for the changes to take effect.
