3 What is RMM/MDM? Remote Monitoring Management allows IT departments and administrators to self-manage their environment. Our product, RMM utilizes this technology and is designed for server a infrastructure and patch management. Evolve IP delivers this in a RMM in a cloud-based platform that provides users with easy point and click monitoring. Included with RMM, MDM (Mobile device management) makes it easy for businesses to secure, configure, locate or even erase unrecoverable mobile devices that are used for business. 13 Business Rules This product may be purchased as a stand-alone cloud service Client may upgrade or downgrade license types as needed in the RMM portal. Client may add or delete quantities and RMM products as needed in the RMM portal. Billing is based on # of nodes selected on sales order, reconciled with number of nodes protected. If number of nodes managed exceeds # of nodes on sales order, additional quantity will automatically be added to customer invoice.

17 Demo Desk In an effort to provide the highest quality demonstrations of Evolve IP applications, we have setup Demo Desk. These are scheduled times throughout the week where prospects can view a live, interactive demonstration of the Evolve apps. There is a higher success rate of winning new business when prospects attend Demo Desk after the first appointment presentation and initial qualification. Requirements Complete Cloud Compute Questionnaire Partners are not to attend demo desk alone for educational purposes, they should accompany prospects.
