3 Vitamin A The amount of vitamin A a person needs is based on their body weight. The average man needs about 900 micrograms a day. Can be found in liver, fish oils, and milk. **limit liver intake to reduce the risk of toxicity Deficiency of vitamin A includes joint pain and loss of appetite

4 Vitamin D Helps maintain good health, also helps with cell growth, influences hair follicles, and the reproductive system. Vitamin D deficiency may lead to Cardiovascular disease This is know as Osteomalacia in adults. Vitamin D is the most toxic of all vitamins. Can be found in salmon, shrimp, and fortified foods

5 Vitamin E Serve as an antioxidant Found in diets high in fat. If people consume polyunsaturated oil their need for vitamin E rises. Most people get their vitamin E from vegetable oils and products made from them.

6 Vitamin K Main function is to help synthesize proteins that help clot blood.

7 Vitamin C Main function is to protect against infection, produce collagen, promote the absorption of iron.
