3 Ingredients of pastry 4 large apples, chopped 1 puff pastry sheet 1 cups (250ml) brown sugar 2 tbsp milk 1 large egg 2 tbsp butter 2 tsp cinnamon lemon juice, to taste

7 Steps of making pastry 1.Sift the flour and salt together in a large bowl. 2. Add the butter to the bowl. 3. Toss to mix. 4. Add the ice water to the bowl and stir gently with a fork. 5. Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface 6. Gather the dough into a ball, and chill the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes 7. Roll it out into a rectangular shape with the long sides running horizontally.

8 Personal details and feedback This time really happy to cook pastry and I think it was a great thing for me because I can cook with my friend. While not you agree that we cooked our own good but that is not only so they are all well cooked food. When we cook food before the teacher will teach us then we are at a certain time limit to complete a certain step. When we complete all the steps we have to take pictures then we can choose to eat or put food into the food box. Finally the teacher will tell us the food to be prepared next time. I am really happy to eat their food cooked there should be more opportunities later
