1. Graduate and Undergraduate Admission BDMS Indexing Click on the Notes tab for captions!

2. Login through the website 1. Type in Clemson User Name and password. 2. Click on Login.

3. Login through iROAR Type in SAAADMS in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

4. Login through iROAR Click on the magnifying glass/BDMS Display Document icon.

5. AppXtender Click View and select Batch Index (List). OR Click Batch List icon.

6. AppXtender Find your Batch Name from the list. Use blue arrows to navigate through the list.

7. AppXtender Double click on yellow folder.

8. ID number is known Type in ID number and hit tab.

9. Name is known Type in Last & First Name and click Key Reference and Index icon.

10. AppXtender 1. Find person. 2. Double click on white paper sign.

11. AppXtender 1. Choose Document Type. 2. Choose Admission Requirement, if necessary. 3. Click Save.

12. If next page is the same document type & same person Click single page green plus icon.

13. If next page is a different document type & same person I. Click single page with star/new icon.

14. If next page is a different document type & same person II. Click Last Modified Indexes icon.

15. If next page is a different document type & same person III. 1. Change Document Type. 2. Change Admission Requirement, if necessary. 3. Save.

16. If next page is a different person 1. Click New icon or Clear Information. 2. Type in person’s information. Repeat steps.

17. Unique Key Violation 1. Click OK. 2. Click on the Select Indexes icon.

18. Unique Key Violation Click on the Single Page Green Plus icon next to the document.

19. Modify an Index 1. Click on Modify. 2. Modify ID Number or Document Type depending on what needs to be changed. Do not click Modify to index a new document!
