5 Assignment 1: Group Presentation Week 8 A group assignment Group one students will do presentation and group two will review. Students from another (observing) group video the presentation and produce written feedback for the presenting group with no grades. The class tutor will also provide written feedback and grades The presenting group will write a response to the feedback which will be included in the assignment e-portfolio.

11 Leapfrog TECHNOLOGY Started in 2010 Started with 8 people and now 92 Have offices in Nepal and USA, MA To deliver on the promise of mobile phones in developing countries: One of the 1 st projects was to use mobile phones to take the banks to the people. Now projects from many different continents. Their vision is to make software relevant to the masses. By asking the question ‘Have we stayed true to the vision of our client? The company formed by experienced technicians, researchers, and businessmen to provide eco- friendly and economical solutions to water issues in Nepal. Services it provides includes Rainwater Harvesting, Water Filtrations, Water Treatment and Recycling etc.

23 The Nature of Leadership Process: a transactional event that occurs between the leader and the followers, an interactive event. Influence: how the leaders affects followers. Without influence, leadership does not exit. Groups: Groups are the context in which leadership takes place. Influence a group of individuals.
