1 FACILITY CONCEPT DESIGN Section presents Intermodal Center/Multimodal Terminal facility design on the preferred White Oaks sub-area. Main Street LRT is laid out conceptually to define potential parcels.

2 FACILITY CONCEPT DESIGN Three options have been developed Each of the three layouts was reviewed by the Steering Committee Figure 14 was deemed the most suitable Fig. 14 includes side platforms as well except that the LRT crossover is located on the north side of the LRT platforms

4 SITE LAYOUT 80,000 sq. ft. and 48,000 sq. ft. Necessary accommodations for the METRO and national/international bus carriers 2,000 car parking facility approximately 600,000 sq. ft. Refer to Tables 21 and 22

7 SITE LAYOUT Figures 16 17 18 demonstrate 2 features in flexibility First- National/International Bus Terminal can be developed separately from the Intermodal Center/Multimodal Terminal. Second- Intermodal Center/Multimodal Terminal can be developed on either side of Main Street, depending on the availability of right-of-way at time of implementation
