International cooperation; Increasing of the international students share.

4 What is Quality? must match the values, goals and objectives of the three groups of people: students, consumers of educational services in the labor market and society as a whole; a certain level of knowledge and skills, mental, physical and moral development; the ability of the educational process to meet the needs of person, society and the state.

5 Trends in Global Education: identify ways of survival; determine the future of each country and the planet as a whole; upbringing of educated and responsible person; prepare people for life in a rapidly changing world; provide international integration of values; form common educational space.

6 : Ways of Modernization of Higher Education : search for new approaches to learning; develop a new way of thinking and a new way of life; search for unconventional answers in research activities; develop creativity, independence, professionalism; the study of advanced pedagogical experience; integration into the content of international innovation; ensuring quality professional training.

7 The Objectives of the Bachelors Training: development of culture in general, professional and special competencies; forming a competitive person; formation of creative and critical thinking; formation of positive motivation to learning; ensuring socio-cultural development and personal attributes (tolerance, confidence, respect, etc.).

8 Modernization of the Content of Education : ensuring compliance with international standards; transmission of culture and the meaning of professional activity; orientation towards competences; providing variation and choice of education; intensifying the unassisted work of students; transition to the credit-module system.

9 Modernization of Teaching Technologies: development of thematic projects on the child development, psycho-pedagogical guidance; creation of electronic textbooks and manuals which guide the individual path of students; play and dialog methods; current, intermediate, final control.

11 Problems to be decided:  Graduate preparation doesn't meet the labor market needs;  Absence of prognosis of personnel requirements in the region;  Low publication activity;  Weak motivation for professional activity;  Creation of endowment.
