4  Most Canadians live close to the U.S. border; much more desirable climate ◦ About 30 million people in Canada. ◦ 8 out of 10 Canadians live in “urban” Canada ◦ Northern Canada is the least populated.  Why would this be?  1 person for every 43 square miles.  84% of the population practices Christianity as their religion.

8  Pacific Region ◦ British Colombia. ◦ Many harbors; borders the Pacific Ocean.  Known for: Seafood and mountains.  Northern Region ◦ Yukon & Northwest Territories. ◦ Least amount of people live here. ◦ Trivia:  What is the difference between a province and a territory?
