It is a great way to enhance your message among your network and also help the Northwell Health launch become more visible. You should be following Northwell Health. This broadens your Network and helps you connect with your colleagues. See instructions on the next few slides.

4. How to Follow our Company Page Step 1: Click the filter icon to the left of the Search box at the top of any LinkedIn page and select Companies from the dropdown. Step 2: Type our company name "Northwell Health" in the Search field. Step 3: Click the Follow button to the right of the Northwell Health name in the search results list. > To learn more about Northwell Health, click the company name to see more details. You can click the Follow button in the upper right of that page to follow.

Step 2: Click the headline below your name at the top of the profile, select the edit tool (pictured below). Step 3: Type your changes into the text box. Click Save. 7. How to Add the Company Logo to Profile Step 1: Move your cursor over Profile at the top of your homepage and select Edit Profile. Step 2: Scroll down to the Experience section and click the + Add position button. Type Northwell Health company name and select it from the list. Step 3: Enter information in the remaining fields. Click Save. Note: If your profile was already associated with the North Shore-LIJ company page, you should have already noticed that the logo changed on its own. The company name should change as well, however, there may be a slight lag in the system.

8. Add a Background Header Photo (optional) Step 1: Move your cursor over Profile at the top of your homepage, and select Edit Profile. Step 2: Click the Camera icon above the top section of your profile. Step 3: Right click the image file below, click Save As Picture and save to your desktop on your computer. Step 4: Upload this image as your LinkedIn photo (double click below), and click save.
