10 Plus bank details and any HR activities entered. The employee records are fully editable by both you and Peopletime ensuring that we all see the most up to date information about the employees and removing the need to inform HR or Payroll of any changes

11 From the “Your Employees” menu you can check and book holidays

12 Easily checking outstanding holiday balances, bookings and accruals to date

13 Holiday can be booked using the planner – which can be opened to show any time period required and which integrates with rotas and actual hours

14 From the “Our People” menu you can also record HR activities for your employees

15 These can be added by you or by Peopletime HR to ensure that reminders are in place for things like appraisals, probationary reviews, training etc.

16 From the “Hours and Pay” menu you can build rotas and record your employees worked hours.
