Teenagers should eat three meals a day to be healthier. You shouldn´t eat a lot of junk food Contains too much salt and fat.

You shouldn´t get too much alcohol. You shouldn´t smoke, because it isn‘t good for our breathing. Eating chocolate might be dangerous for your diet.

You should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. It contains a lot of minerals and vitamins. You should drink a lot of water. Healthy eating means a longer and happier life. Vitamin C can protect you against colds.
