6. Handling of guest and press demands: Physical Box office handles guest and press demands based on simple excel system. Helpdesk for ticketing problems: Daily support is included in our ticketing system license. Scanning of tickets: 7 scanners in total, typically 4 in use at the entrance to main foyer. Operated by front of house staff, connected to ticketing system. Cancellation refunds: Customers are notified by email or phone. Ticket price – not ticket fee – is refunded, typically by online money transfer.
