4 What is the Business Partner Referral Program? The TWCBC Business Partner Referral Program rewards independent third party entities with a one-time commission payment for the referral of TWCBC services. 7 2014 BPRP Standardization Plan: Compensation Plan Referral Partners will earn a one-time commission payment of 100% of the MRR installed over the previous 30 days –Maximum payment of $5,000 per signed customer Agreement Referral Partners can earn a commission for the referral of any NEW product line on an existing account –New AND existing TWCBC customers qualify for earning a partner commission –For example: VALID: An existing HSD customer adds BCP through a referral VALID: An existing BCP customer upgrades to PRI through a referral VALID: An existing HSD customer adds MSS through a referral INVALID: An existing 7x768 HSD customer upgrades to 50x5 Wideband INVALID: An existing BCP customer adds additional BCP lines though a referral Referral Partner commissions will be processed once per month –Partners will receive compensation the last week of the calendar month Time Warner Cable – Proprietary and Confidential7

8 BPRP Partner Registration Process Time Warner Cable – Proprietary and Confidential8 TWCBC Seller presents BPRP Enrollment Package to candidate Partner executes Enrollment Package & returns to: BPRP.registration@twcable.com Marketing processes: - Review documents - Obtain required approvals - Submission to contract administration Upon registration, partner will receive e-mail notification with Vendor ID and lead submission information Registration typically takes 10-14 business days “Enrollment Package” Marketing Collaboration Agreement W-9 New Vendor Information Form Posted to Salesforce “Quick Links” (East) & Marketing Source (West)

9 Common Questions About On-Boarding What if a partner candidate provides a referral during the registration period? –In this instance the AE will notify the Partner Marketing team via email (referralsupport@twcbc.com), so we have record of the lead. Once the partner’s paperwork has been completed the partner MUST submit the lead into the portal. The AE will then be responsible for working the lead per the standard program process.referralsupport@twcbc.com Can partner’s paperwork be expedited? –Due to approval and processing requirements, registration generally takes 10-14 business days. While we cannot expedite registration, we encourage you to start working leads the candidate has before they have been on-boarded.
