Separation Changes for Partners June 2015 Please note that the implementation of the HP separation at a country level requires consultation with HP works councils or other HP employee representatives in certain EMEA countries. With respect to such countries, final decisions are subject to prior consultation with HP works councils and other HP employee representatives, as required, and in compliance with local laws.

4 HP Separation - Changes required by all partners
Onboard Vendor set-up changes will be required to reflect separate business entities, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and/or HP Inc. No contractual changes for existing partners - just simple contract assignment and enablement See for details Complete Vendor set-up Invoice Enable invoicing including third party provider e-invoicing (country dependent) Confirm ability to pay invoices issued pre and post 1st August Validate ability to receive and pay an invoice Tools On Nov. 1, the HP Unison Partner Portal (HP UPP) will be replaced by two new partner portals with the same login credentials. 6 HP Separation - Changes applicable to some partners
On board EDI/XML routing changes need to be completed before operational cutover on August 1 Complete successful test of EDI / XML routing as agreed with HP Complete EDI / XML routing Starting May 1, partners are encouraged to begin submitting separate quotes for HP Enterprise Group and HP Printing and Personal Systems products. Migrate and / or validate access to required quoting tools Confirm ability to execute a quote Quote Validate ability to access the quoting tools and execute a quote Order Validate receipt of key contact info to enable ordering for both companies Complete and submit tax certificates and exemptions (where appropriate) If using UPC codes to identify products upon delivery receipt, update partner master data to reflect new codes (as appropriate) Validate ability to place an order and manage backlog Unless otherwise stated, changes effective August 2015, according to local country implementation guidelines
