2 It is important to make good choices every day. We decide what to wear, how to behave, what to eat & drink and what to do with our free time. Make the best choices for a healthier you!

3 Which is the healthier choice? or While the apple pie may taste sweeter, it has extra sugar, fat and calories. The apple is the better choice!

4 Which is the healthier choice? or Children should eat about 2 cups of vegetables daily and variety is the best! Both the spinach and carrots are great choices!

5 Which is the healthier choice? or Fats & oils are good in moderation so even with a pat of butter, the baked potato is the better choice!

6 Which is the healthier choice? or It is important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water! Try only drinking soda as a special treat.

7 Which is the healthier choice? or Be sure to include 2-3 cups of low fat diary products in your daily diet. Both of these are good choices as well as low fat cheeses.

8 Which is the healthier choice? or It’s ok to have a snack, but choose wisely! The jellybeans are packed with sugar, while the peanuts pack a punch of protein. Other nuts make a good snack choice as well.

9 Which is the healthier choice? or Exercise is an essential part of being healthy. Try to limit TV watching to 1 hour each day and do jumping jacks or another activity during the commercials.

10 Which is the healthier bedtime choice? or Sleep is important to prepare your body for the next day. Be sure to get to bed on time so you get 10-11 hours of quality rest.
