2. AT THE AIRPORT Report to Teacher-in- charge upon arrival.

3.  Once group check-in is done, you will be given time to say goodbye to your family members  Report at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the closure time  Behavior at the airport  Empty your water bottle before going through the customs and board the plane  Have a jacket with you on board the plane  You WILL need it when get out of the airport and upon arrival at the dorm

4. ON BOARD THE PLANE

5.  NOT allowed to change seat – just go according to the seat allo cation (for insurance purpose)  Do NOT ask for poker cards from airline attendants as they have been instructed to decline your request  Keep your voices down with communicating with each other out of consideration for other passengers.

6.  Keep passport in your bags and NOT to leave it in the seat pockets.  Students have, on several occasions in the past, left passports in the seat pockets

7.  Consumption of liquor is not allowed.  No playing of cards on board the plane/any public area.  Keep your voices down on board the plane.  Be considerate

8. UPON ARRIVAL AT AIRPORT

9.  Stay as a group. Do not stray from the group or to exit the airport on your own  Please inform teacher if you have to go to the washroom.

10. DEPARTURE DATE / TIME: NOV-14 (SAT) 11.00 PM MEETING PLACE: TERMINAL 1 CATHAY PACIFIC GROUP CHECK-IN COUNTER ATTIRE HCI PE T-SHIRT + DARK LONG PANTS  CHECK EMB FREQUENTLY FOR ANY UPDATES!
