13 13 4 th Region I Young Professionals Rocket Competition Objective: Design and build an egg lofting rocket to fly to a minimum altitude of 1000 feet, while maximizing acceleration during boost, and return the rocket to the earth as quickly as possible… without breaking the egg! Held April 5, 2014 in Culpeper, VA Only one team participated (two late drops) High Eggspectations, from JHU APL, Mid-Atlantic section 11,500+ ft and 24+ g’s!! http://www.rocketbattle.org/Main.html Next competition: March 28, 2015 Region I to support national student competition.
