City Benefit for New Joint Use  Office area for City staff including storage for City equipment  Two first floor rooms which can be used for dance, fitness, and exercise classes  Access to common areas such as lobby, concession area and restrooms  Continued use of outside area including basketball, tennis and handball courts and lighted multipurpose fields  Project part of the Washington School Master Plan

5.  The City’s participation in the construction and use of the Washington Middle School gym is contingent upon approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP).  PUSD anticipates that construction of the gym will begin in July, 2014 and be completed and ready for use by the following Fall, 2015.
