2 (Un)healthy food More and more people these days are beginning to realize that nutrition and nutritional food is incredibly important if they want to live a healthy life. Nutrition involves feeding into your body the right kind of nutrients and chemicals into our bodies to make sure that we can grow properly, and have all our organs perform their functions properly! After all, what's the use of being unhealthy!? For example, it is absolutely essential that we have vitamins in our diets. These vitamins, are able to make our bones grow properly, help the flow of blood around our bodies and help our bodies fight diseases. As well as this, vitamins can also make our nails, hair, skin and teeth much healthier - and even improve our eyesight! Vitamins that do this might include vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B1, B2, B6 and B12. These can all be found in different kinds of food, namely the large amounts of fruits you are able to buy at the shops.

6 Junk food Junk food refers to fast foods which are easy to make and easy to consume. They are zero in nutritional value. They have only fats lying in it causing ill effects on the health of the consumer. The taste is the most attractive feature in junk foods. But is there at least little use of junk food to our body and health. Find out the harmful effects of junk food to our body. Junk foods are popular because of their simplicity to manufacture, consume and of course, their taste. People have their own notions about a certain food being listed as junk. However, chocolates, burgers, pizzas, potato wafers and fries will surely find their way into everyone's list.

7  Too much fat! Junk foods such as hamburgers, pizza, fried chicken and chips usually contain loads of saturated fats. Too much saturated fat in the diet will cause people to put on weight and get fat or obese (very fat). Being overweight is a risk to the health of the heart and can cause other diseases.  Too much salt! Junk foods often have too much salt. There's a lot of salt already in foods such as bread, breakfast cereals and biscuits and cakes.  Too much sugar! Soft drinks, cordials, biscuits, cakes and lollies all have loads of sugar. That's what makes them taste so good! But too much sugar makes people fat, rots the teeth, is bad for the blood and may cause other diseases.
