16. 16 LANGUAGE TRAINING SYSTEM 16  Czech MoD language training system stands on 3 basic pillars: foreign language education in military schools language courses provided in MoD language training facilities, courses purchased from language schools at home and abroad self studies of personnel, including distant forms of learning  Unfortunately budgetary resources committed for language training have been significantly downsized and might be even more reduced
