3. Positions of public servants The positions of public servants are divided into: Career civil servants Public servants of political (personal) confidence Head of the institution Statutory civil servants CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT UNDER THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR

Positions of public servants Career civil servant – means a public servant admitted to a position for an indefinite term and having an opportunity to realise his right to career development in the public service in accordance with the procedure by the Law of Civil Service. Public servants of political (personal) confidence – means a public servant admitted to a position for the term of office of a state politician or a collegial state institution that has recruited him. Head of the institution – means a public servant who leads for institution. 5. Categories and grades Category A shall comprise positions where higher university education. Category B shall comprise positions where education not lower than higher non – university education Category C shall comprise positions where education not lower than secondary education and an appropriate professional qualification are required 20 grades of positions of the civil servant’s. 20 – higher, 1 – lower.
