2 Teachscape Reflect is a complete observation and evaluation management and reporting system that delivers actionable feedback to teachers and streamlines the evaluation process for Evaluators. This guide was especially designed for Howard County evaluators and teachers using Reflect during the 2012-2013 school year. The evaluation criteria is based on Charlotte Danielson’s Framework For Teaching 2013 instrument. About this Guide

8 Reflect Dashboard 8 Enter the teacher’s first or last name in the “Search” field to easily locate the teacher’s evaluation.

9 Reflect Teacher Evaluation Screen 9 Following are the assessments that make up the Howard County Teacher Evaluation Process.

10 Reflect Teacher Evaluation Screen 10 “Change” button provides the opportunity to assign evaluation responsibilities to another evaluator. “Manage” button allows evaluator to grant permission to other administrators to review this evaluation. Note: By default, all evaluators in your school will have permission to review your assigned teacher evaluations.

13 13 Teacher submits planning artifacts Upload your artifacts (eg: documents, scanned paperwork, pictures, etc.) When artifacts are uploaded, select “Submit” Warning: You cannot add or delete artifacts after you Submit.
