3 1.ABSTRACT: In order to solve the problems that the timing opening of the carrier projectile for dispersion of the bullet is influenced by the distribution of the trajectory of the carrier projectile, and the central distribution of the bullet cluster is large while the coverage rate of the bullets for the target is low, a method for estimating the trajectory parameters and for controlling the self-adapting of the ejection point based on the GPS positioning is proposed. The status can be predicted by solving the numeric value of the particle motion equation of the projectile; adopting the GPS positioning data as the observed quantity, Kalman filtering trajectory parameter estimation mathematical model is established; at the same time, by distinguishing the abnormal situations of the measurement of the GPS receiver, the reliability of the trajectory parameter estimation is improved.

4 2.OBJECTIVES: The specific objectives of this research work are the following: 1. Modeling of selected urban transportation system. 2. Design of a GPS based hardware. 3. Development of a mobile application to use the model. 4. Deployment of the developed system. 5. Evaluating the performance of the developed system.

METHODOLOGY: In the above block diagram we can see that the complete setup is for detection for the vehicle who breaks the rules of traffic system, in our project we are monitoring the vehicles when any one can break the traffic rules that GPS bullet will fire to that particular vehicle and track that vehicle continuously and read the co- ordinates from GPS for identification of location of vehicle. send message via GSM, number which is pre stored in ARM to the traffic police.

ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES:  ADVANTAGES: 1.The freely available GPS to develop several applications which are used to make transportation service easier for both the transport management centers, drivers and passengers. 2.Fleet monitoring. 3.Vehicle scheduling 4.Route monitoring. 5.Driver monitoring. 6.Accident analysis. 7. Geo-fencing geo-coding.

8  DISADVANTAGES: 1.This program is highly sensitive to the environment.

9 6.APPLICATIONS: 1.Business process. 2.Warehouse and routing. 3.The project is used to secure and avoid the road accidents. 4.It can be used as part for automation of s or Public Transportation. 5.This system is used to trace the culprit vehicles by police persons. 6.This system can be used to ‘time keeping’ purpose in public transportation, such as departure & arrival timings, number of rotations each vehicle turned etc.

10 7.CONCLUSION: The proposed GPS bullet system combines a positioning hardware, a communication platform that can be used to monitor and track a commuter transport in real time. This enables the transport management centers to observe, collect, and analyze location information about a commuter vehicle in real time. This data will give an agency the ability to make better and more informed decisions while also providing quicker response to emergencies. The benefits to the passengers mean better on time performance and less waiting time at bus stops.
