10.  The tutorial was useful because it gave us good examples of how to structure sentences for a manual.  It showed that when writing manuals for computer applications, key strokes as well as mouse actions can be utilized.  The layout that they chose allows users that typically use mouse actions to try key strokes which can be useful.

11.  The screen shots were limited but used at the appropriate time. Screen shots can also be a deterrent.  All steps were included in the process.  The tense was present which allowed immediate action.  It is a good example of writing for a manual.
