Heart of a Hall of Famer The Heart of a Hall of Famer series provides students the opportunity to learn first- hand what it took beyond athletic ability for legendary Heroes of the Game to achieve success on and off the field with a focus on the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Gold Jacket Standards of Character ( Commitment, Integrity, Courage, Respect and Excellence). Any school can connect via PC/MAC/IOS/Android device. Program is free courtesy of our partners at Extreme Networks. U.S. Army Pro Football HOF Award for Excellence The U.S. Army-Pro Football Hall of Fame Award for Excellence honors the nation’s top sophomore, junior, and senior high school male and female athletes who excel academically, athletically, and are active in their communities. Students must meet the award’s criteria and complete the nomination form below in order to be considered for the Award for Excellence. A total of 20 finalists will be selected. – Each finalist will be honored during a special event at their high school, highlighted by a Pro Football Hall of Famer presenting them with their Finalist Plaque of Excellence – In addition, all 20 finalists will be honored during the annual Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Weekend in Canton, Ohio on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015. – The 2015 Award for Excellence winner will be selected during the Enshrinement Weekend and will be the center of attention the next day during a tribute at halftime of the NFL/Hall of Fame Game. http://www.goarmy.com/events/all-american-bowl/hall-of-fame.html
