9. When do you use each graph?  You use a bar graph when:  You are comparing part to part Part of the class likes soccer, another part likes softball.

10. When do you use each graph?  You use a line graph when:  TIME is part of your data! Days and months are both measurements of time. What other units of time are there?

11. When do you use each graph?  You use a pie or circle graph when:  Comparing part to whole  Percentages are involved! In each of these, part of the class likes one thing, but you can see compared to the WHOLE class, how much that part is.?
