4 Teaching PDHPE As a teacher I believe that PDHPE is an absolutely vital subject that should be advocated for in the primary school system. The positive gains that children receive are endless as is the fun they have in the classes. Promoting a healthy lifestyle, especially in our present social climate, is essential and something that I think we can really achieve as a school community. As parents I would ask you to please support us in this venture by packing healthy school lunches and by making sure your children are getting outdoors and active. I thankyou for your support in our mission. Miss Hollie Ramsay

5 Tips for getting your children active and healthy Limit computer and television time after school and make sure they are getting outside to play. Join them up in a local sporting team. These teams are excellent learning opportunities for children. Limit unhealthy snacks by instead replacing them with fruit, vegetables, nuts etc. Get your children to drink water, there’s no better drink!
