Our total assets have only decreased $2,258.94 since 12/31/14 $1,746.04 of this decrease is attributed to the performance of the pooled fund account

18. 2016 Annual Conference Planning Committee (Philadelphia) – CE Course Leading with Authenticity: Understanding Your Strengths and Utilizing Them presented by Jo Alcock, Research Fellow, Evidence Base, Birmingham City University Date: Saturday, June 11, 2016, Time: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Level: Intermediate Maximum attendance: 50 Authentic leaders lead in a way that is true to themselves and their beliefs. They have an awareness of their own values, purpose, and focus, and incorporate these in their leadership. This workshop will discuss authentic leadership and what it means in practice, including example case studies and stories from personal experience. It will also examine strengths-based leadership and consider how leaders can identify and utilize their strengths and supplement this with others who have complementary strengths. The workshop will be participative in nature, with individual and group activities to support attendees in understanding more about themselves; their motivators; their strengths; and how they can lead authentically.
