20 Planning Guidelines The intervals listed below represent the steps required to activate service; these are recommended guideline that you can use in preparation for turn up. We strive to beat these intervals and preparing prior to these stages is key to rapid turn up success. Setting expectations with your customers. IntelePeer is continually fine tuning our planning intervals for turn up of customer’s trunks. Service Activation starts with the MSA process. Next the trunks get order in our customer portal and the provisioning can start. Once this is completed IntelePeer and customers can complete testing. The last stage is to confirm that service is up and ready for use.
