2. “Self Service” - password management tool. Web Portal Access prompts for a password change All Web based applications will be affected by this password change (i.e.: PDP Premier, Participation, CTE, EMR etc.) Utilize password standards & requirements when building the new password Passwords will expire every 180 days.

3. Manage My Portal Account Change Password All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). View accounts affected by password change. Know your current password. Review the criteria for the new password. Enter and then confirm your new password.

4. Example of your E-mail with your temporary Password information You will type in your entire internet e-mail address and use the one time temporary password sent via e-mail (below).

5. Creating your new Password using the Password syntax requirements After inputting your temporary password you will be prompted to ‘change’ your password. (8 characters, alpha/numeric, capitalization)

6. Manage My Portal Account Change Password (cont’d) Two (2) links within ‘Manage My Portal Account: – Change Password to change your password – Change Forgotten Password Information to change information required to change password

7. Completing your Password security information (Questions – exactly 3) Answer 3 of the 7 Questions. In the future should you forget your password and click ‘Forgot Password’ the system will prompt you to answer 1 of the 3 questions chosen here. Click OK to save your answers.

8. Final Acknowledgement screen Final step ‘You are now logged off’. To access your web application enter your internet e-mail address with your ‘new’ password.
