European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights Russia call for proposals 2015 Specific objectives Support to human rights organisations and defenders Enhance public discourse and dialogue on universality of human rights values and democracy Funding -Overall indicative amount: € 2.9 million -Size of grants: between € 300,000 and € 750,000. -Grants above € 400,000 must have at least 30% re-granting

Civil Society Organisations programme Russia call for proposals 2015 Specific objective – to enhance the contribution of civil society in one of the following priority areas: CSOs as actors of governance and accountability CSOs as partners in promoting social development CSOs as key stakeholders in promoting inclusive and sustainable growth Funding -Overall indicative amount: € 3.9 million -Size of grants: between € 300,000 and € 750,000. -Grants above € 400,000 must have at least 30% re-granting
