Underpinning knowledge and understanding Learners who demonstrate competence should be able to meet the following requirements: 1 List potential sources of support. 2 Explain the purpose of the learning experience and the role of each staff member in achieving this. 3 Ensure the advantages of recruiting a balanced team, to include age, experience, role, and personal style are understood. Evidence should include:
