1. Welcome to Mastermind “Getting Down to Business: Keys to a Successful Life Care Planning Practice”

2. What is Mastermind? AANLCP has developed Mastermind as a proprietary life care planning practice development learning suite. From the first class, which is a live webinar, through the last, Mastermind will walk participants through basic entity development, to marketing, testimony preparation and much more. You’ve asked for it, and now it’s here. Let’s go to class….

3. Course Layout There are 12 unique courses within the Mastermind Series. Each course is delivered in 3 parts on the WizIQ Virtual Learning Platform: 1)Live Class- On the third Tuesday of each month, a new course begins with a guest expert and/or panelists of experts teaching on the courses topic. 2)General Discussion/”Deep Dives” – During the following two weeks after the live class, learners are required to participate in general discussions, or subject matter Deep Dives (learning activities) to further their knowledge and understanding 3)Testing – For those desiring CNE credit, they are required to take the course test. This is offered the 4 th week of the course.

4. Attending the “Live Class” At the beginning of each course participants will receive two emails, 1) Inviting them to the full course, and another inviting them to the live webinar.

5. When you select “View Course”, you are prompted to create a WizIQ account. This is only required at your first log-in. “Viewing” the course grants you access to all the learning content for each week. In addition to viewing the course and participating weekly, participants should attend the “live webinar” featuring the guest presenter/panelist. A separate invitation to the live class is sent in advance, but will also show within the participants dashboard if you miss it. *Participants are encouraged to log-in 15 minutes prior. (This will make sure your internet and/or additional devices are working properly).

8. Upon joining the class, (and launching the class), a second screen will launch and participants will see the whiteboard, or screen of the presenter. You can chat, raise your hand, and more by accessing the tools on the right-hand side of the screen.
