6 We Listened… 2012 Research study conducted by IBM 87% of customers say they would buy more cookies if they were available for online purchase. To Customers 85% of council staff surveyed believed new technologies will encourage girls to stay involved in the Girl Scouts. To Council Staff 61% of older girls would be excited to sell cookies through the use of new technologies. To Girls 78% of volunteers are likely to be motivated to use new technology due to more efficiency, improved time management, improved communications and less manual work. To Volunteers
