2 GSA Occupancy Agreements There are currently 60 GSA Owned and GSA Leased buildings identified within FIMS Information currently populated for these agreements are: Location, Usage, Square Footage, Occupants, Operating Cost, Actual Maintenance, and Total Rent Bill Historically in FIMS, GSA Occupancy agreements have been managed differently then how we manage Department owned and leased buildings 2 GSA Occupancy Agreements in FIMS

3 GSA Rent on the Web GSA Rent on the Web can be used to obtain the latest rent bills It is important to update FIMS based on the latest rent bills Rent on the Web URL https://pbs-billing.gsa.gov/ROW/ Email notifications when monthly rent bills are available 3 GSA Occupancy Agreements in FIMS

4 Freeze the Footprint Updated GSA Occupancy data is critical to managing the Freeze the Footprint (FTF) initiative As a result of FTF, it is necessary to collect more extensive facility data. Reduces the need for Site data calls Simplifies FTF reporting as all data resides in FIMS Improves data reliability 4 GSA Occupancy Agreements in FIMS

5 FIMS Change Request 13-16 This change request outlines changes in how occupancy agreement are captured in FIMS Calls for the integration of GSA Occupancy agreements into our regular inventory of Department Owned and Leased buildings Defines the collection of more facility data to support FTF Has been FAC and FDDC approved (7/2013) 5 GSA Occupancy Agreements in FIMS
