Between the age of 8-15 years old you will start your puberty first the pituitary gland (located on the bottom of the brain) sends the hormone through blood cells to the testes (located under the penis) to start producing testosterone hormone and also sperm. The testosterone hormone makes most of the physical changes in a boy.

4 How does Estrogen cause Physical Changes
Similar to boys, girls also start from the pituitary glands and sends the signal through the blood cells to the ovaries. The ovaries contain eggs that have been laying there since she was born. Then it starts to produce a hormone called estrogen. Estrogen also causes most of the physical changes in a girl.
