Pre-production is the stage in a film’s life when it has been approved, but filming has not yet started. It is during pre-production that all the preparation for filming takes place to ensure that filming is problem free. What types of things do you think you will need to complete during pre-production? Why is pre-production important?
16
You MUST get your storyboard approved before beginning Production (filming)!
17
Has my storyboard been approved? Do I have my scripts written? Have I saved any still images that are needed from the internet? Do I know where I’m filming? › Do I need special permission to film there? Do I have any signs/posters made? Do I have the music I need? Have my actors practiced?
