2  For a Winlink user to receive a message, the sender's e-mail address must be listed in the recipient's whitelist (the accept list)  All Winlink accounts have this feature to purposely block mail from the internet that is not expected or permitted. This filter can be bypassed--and the mail will be delivered even if the sender is NOT on the recipient's whitelist--by including a special keyword in the subject line of the message

3 Access from VHF/UHF/HF  Have RMS Express installed  Need it connected to your radio  You must have access to a RMS Gateway  Have a Winlink password setup and know it Follow the instructions on the following radio slides

You may send multiple lines, each containing one e- mail address.name@somewhere.com  DELETE: name@somewhere.com [will remove name@somewhere.com from your Whitelist. You may send multiple lines, each containing one e-mail address per line.name@somewhere.com Addresses without an "@" will be treated as "domain names". For example, if "ACCEPT: arrl.org" were entered, then any message bearing any address using that domain (arrl.org) will be accepted.
