13 Expectations of Participants Build relationships and promote Indian health careers and programs within Native communities. Identify candidates who fit our health care model (quality over quantity). Host no fewer than two events per year (campus talks, lunch-and-learns, etc.). Provide IHS with a list of those invited to events and attendees. Provide quarterly reports on recruitment efforts. Participate in quarterly conference calls with recruitment staff.

14 Communication with Ambassadors Distribute quarterly emails updating Ambassadors on recruitment, LRP and Scholarship news and information. Host quarterly conference calls with Ambassadors for the purpose of seeking feedback about the program, events, materials, etc. Distribute annual acknowledgement letters thanking Ambassadors for their participation in the program and their recruitment efforts.
