21 Final Remarks Coordination of the Economy for transformational CHANGE is a duty of the Ministries (FMST, MCT, etc, Agencies, Professional Bodies (NCS, CPN, etc) and key players in the S&T and ICT sector particularly; Educated, empowered stakeholders’ are needed: will create productive, strong economies & societies, where there is full participation and representation by all thereby creating a more peaceful and stable economy. Let’s use our vast knowledge to create the wealth that will take Nigeria to the next level in the midst of vibrant nations through ICTs
