6. Digital Citizen: The real definition A digital citizen refers to a person utilizing information technology (IT) in order to engage in society, politics, and government participation. K. Mossberger, et al. define digital citizens as "those who use the Internet regularly and effectively".

7. What is Digital Citizenship? Digital citizenship is the norms of appropriate, responsible technology use. When you go online you are a digital citizen. Your citizenship is a reflection of how you use technology.
