An exam system may produce charts showing candidate number and marks (system output) which is printed from a laser printer (output device)

4  What type of monitor would you select for a web or graphic designer?  What about for an office worker?  Why?

5  What device would you choose for a business man who needs to work on the move?  What about in a greasy / dirty environment e.g. food factory?

6  How could you adapt a screen / monitor for someone who is partially sited?  How would you show an image to a large audience?  What would you use in a reception area of a company?

7  What is to be printed?  How many documents?  What kind of media?  Who uses the printer?  Running costs?

8  What would you choose for a solicitors office?  What would you choose for a graphics department of a web company?
