2. This man is Ansel Adams! He was born in San Francisco, California on February 20 th, 1902.

3. Growing up he was an only child, and he had natural shyness. He taught himself how to play piano, but then he adapted a love for photography He was in love with nature (main subject). He wanted to give off a “Mystique” look in his photographs.

6. Waterfall, Northern Cascades, Washington, 1960 I like this picture because it’s of a waterfall and who doesn’t like waterfalls right? I like how he got the texture of the water coming down and stuff.

7. From Wawona Tunnel, Winter, Yosemite, around 1935 I like this photo because it’s in a different perspective and how the icicles at the top of the cave like come down from the top it’s nice

8. Sea Anemones, Shore Detail, Bodega Head, California, 1969 I really like this picture because it shows the detail in the sea anemones and in the shore. Its creative too, I don’t think I’ve seen a picture like this before..

9. Fern Spring, Dusk, Yosemite Valley, about 1961 I like this picture because it’s another picture of a waterfall. But its multiple. I think it would take a lot of tries to get this picture just right. This one also gives off a mystique kind of look.

10. Upper Yosemite Fall, Yosemite Valley, circa 1960 Another picture of waterfalls. I like how it just flows straight down and that cute little pine tree in the front. Kind of relaxing

12. The Golden Gate before the Bridge, San Francisco, about 1932 I like this picture because it’s a little bit of history behind it. It shows what The golden gate looked like before the bridge. and just the way he got the fluffiness of the clouds in the sky.
