[Description ] CCDM do not move and displayed “Scanner Lock” on the LCD Panel. [Wrong Part] CCD Home Sensor Scan Joint B’D SMPS CCDM belt. [Check and Cause] 1. Check the CCD Home Sensor. 2. Check the Motor Driver(A3983) on the Scan Joint Board. 3. Check the 24V Fuse on the SMPS. 4. Check the connection of CCDM with a belt. [Solution] 1. Replace the CCDM Home Sensor. 2. Replace the Scan Joint Board. 3. Replace the SMPS. 4. Connect the CCDM with a belt correctly.
